If you look at what horses Matt always steals - you'll see, cutting
horses are his passion! Someday, we'll retire and go on to do some
showing in this exciting event. But for now, Matt loves their special
'Scarey Smart' personalities, their handy 'Lambourghini' ride, and
their sharp moves and their ability to give you a very fun ride!

So when we ran across Pepper online - we drove 17 hours through
a State Stopping Blizzard to get her! I'll never forget that trip last
February - all the transports jackknifed all over the place in Wisconsin
and driving through bumper deep snow to get to the farm. It was all
worth it! Pepper has truly lived up to her pedgiree, and we're excited
to have her to ride, and to breed! Read on to see who we've chosen!

Pepper is a very handy mare - sharp, willing to please and very
quick in her movement. She can stop and turn in a millisecond,
and you have to be careful you stay with her! She's got no vices
and she's everything she was bred for and more!

Left to right - her sire is Dualin Gun - his progeny has over 12.6 million in cutting earnings and the 6th
highest producing cutting sire in history! Then there is 'Dual Pep' - her sire's sire - #3 All Time cutting sire, and a
champion in his own right, with over $300,000 in earnings. Her Dam's sire, Doc Per received standing ovations at his cuttings,
racking up over $427,000 in cutting earnings - and who could ever forget one of the greatest cutting mares that ever
lived, the great mare 'Miss Silver Pistol'? You can see her video on U-Tube and with over $500,000 earned, and her
offspring going on to win almost $300,000 in NCHA money - you can see, the pedigree is stacked in our favor!

We felt a very special sire was in order for our 'Pepper' and we picked a good one!
NO - make that a GREAT one! Smart n Slick is one of the nicest bred cutting horses
we could find. He's by Smart Little Lena and out of Oak n Missy, an NCHA money earning
daughter of Doc's Oak - and with over $125,000 in NCHA earnings he's a winning son of a gun!

We chose him because (in his owners words) 'he has the temperament of a kids pony' !
