ON A HORSE HUNT IN ONTARIO?

We would like to help direct you to some of the finest horses for sale in Ontario!  Check out our horses for sale on the page,
or visit our breeding page for details on our upcoming sporthorse, warmblood, quarter horse and appaloosa foals. We don't sell
many horses, because we are not dealers. Occasionally, we have to place a horse of ours that is serviceable and sane, and
because we love all the horses we have had work with us, we search carefully for the right buyer.  We often place older horses
that have worked well for us, but are ready to retire.  Sometimes, we even have quality young horses & babies for sale.  We declare
all soundness issues so that you know what you are buying. If you see a horse here, that means we believe it is a good quality
animal that is a great find - we don't post bums here, that just isn't our style.  We are fond of our gang, and we like to see them
go somewhere where they can live happy useful lives and get their 'ticket' out of the drudgery of stable work when the time is right!

"Just for Sport "
(aka Sport)

Sport at the Milton Fall Horse Show Woodbine Speed Challenge

13.2 Hand Welsh x Appy cross pony
$5000 (plus hst)

This striking medium pony could go MUCH further
and has already proven himself to be a safe and superb
children's mount. Champion at his first Hunter show over 2'9"
here at camp in STIFF competition, and lots of wins & miles at outside
shows over fences and on the flat. Very adjustable, easy to handle,
and a huge favorite with the kids - he's done three years of camp
and is now proving to be suited to our least experienced riders.

He's competed happily at outside Hunter/Jumper schooling series and dressage competitions.
Always in the ribbons, he's a stylish, fancy little pony with big movement and an even bigger heart.
Sport attended the Milton Fall Horse Show Sport Pony RAWF qualifier and in a class of over
20 really fancy sport ponies came in Fourth and Sixth in Suitability for Hunter and Dressage.
He also placed 3rd in the Medal Class over some very nice horses & riders.

(And just to be different, Sport is also an amazing team penner - even with BIG cows .....!)

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE!

"HWT Spring Fever "
(April)

We've had April since she was three and she's done
both Camp & outside Shows. A smooth ride, sensitive
not goofy, very flexible with trail riding experience here.
April has schooled entry level cross country, was Reserve
Champion at Training Level Dressage (Oak Hills - Sanctioned)
and has very nice movement & rhythm. April jumps solid to 3'6"
and won 2nd in the 3' division at the Blue Star Far Bronze Show.
April had one foal by Tramino and it is a lovely CWHBA filly with
fabulous movement, so April's DNA is done and on file at CLRC.
April would suit a solid youth or adult rider who is showing in
dressage or eventing, or jumpers (possibly a Trillium level hunter)
Eligible for Canadian Sport Horse approvals and full papers - being in
the CWHBA book means warmblood foals from Imported, Canadian
entered stallions can be registered! April is definitely worthy of breeding.
April is a good quality mare, and definitely smooth and enjoyable to ride.

"Bellystopping Daisy "
(aka Chiklet)

14.2 Hand AQHA Registered DUN Filly
$3000 (plus hst)
SOLD

"Hazel"
(aka Hazel)

Reg. AQHA Mare - 'Spinnin a Haze'
$3500 (plus hst)
SOLD

Hazel is a gentle and all round mare - she can take total beginners at camp,
and doesn't pull any funny business! She can also do the Hunter Jumper camp,
and jump to 2'9" and will frame nicely if asked correctly. She does flying lead
changes and had sixty days professional reining training a few years ago before
heading off to camp. Good on the public trail rides - she's very solid and is actually
very nicely bred, with Continental King, Continental Ace and being a daughter of the
superior reining stallion "Tamu's Solid Oak' - she's a good solid package and would make
an excellent family horse, a club level show horse, penner, or a reliable, good looking trail horse.
