These cottage rental rates
are based on a family occupancy of up to five people.
For any additional guests over an above five persons, (maximum seven)
there will be a charge of $25 per person per week or weekend.
The cottage must be paid
for when booked. Pets are welcome, however it is your responsibility to look after
your horse or pet -
any damage to the cottage or barns, stalls left uncleaned, or messes on furniture
or carpet will be repaired at your expense

Maximum occupancy seven persons - The following rates are updated for 2006 -
