GIFT CERTIFICATES
(for all gift certificates)

Once your gift is purchased there is a one year period to redeem it, if you need an extension
for what is a reasonable occurance by all means call us to let us know what your issue is.
We do work with customers if they have a problem with scheduling, weather or health,
however it is important they be redeemed within a reasonable time as pricing may change.

If a person holding a gift certificate makes a booking and then cancels without
a reasonable period of notice a $25 per personfee (plus tax) will apply before rebooking.
Frivolous or repetitive cancellations may result in a gift certificate becoming void & non redeemable.
In the past we have turned away customers only to sit idle during a busy part of
what is a very short season, which is the reason for this very strictly enforced rule.

Please understand that while we wish to respect the customer, our policies are
very important to the successful running of this business so please be sure before you book.

GENERAL POLICY

< 2 wks notice - $25 administration fee (see above)

Third cancellation - gift becomes void and non redeemable.

**In the event that Highland Wilderness Tours cannot
